1. Returns Eligibility

You may return most unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in the same condition as received, in original packaging where applicable. Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for return; we will state this at the time of order if applicable.

2. Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email of the outcome. If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 5 to 7 business days. The credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

3. Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was defective or we made an error. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If we deduct return shipping from a refund, we will inform you before processing.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible via our Contact page and include photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping where appropriate.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship orders within the United States. Typical delivery is 5–10 business days depending on your location. You will receive tracking information once your order ships. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. For international or bulk orders, please contact us for a quote.
